Japanese Lemon Cheesecake

Cheesecake again for the month but rather than the New York Cheesecake that I tried the other time, I tried this Japanese cheesecake for a different feel. Although not a big fan of cheesecake, but this cake has won my heart... so creamy and dreamy with its slight tanginess from the lemon zest that I added in...


Creamy and Dreamy....



Soft and smooth....
